How CDF Works

As a CDF member, you are making a difference every time you place money with the Fund.

Those who invest get interest on their deposits, but the Church gets a return too, which it uses to provide:

  • loans for important capital development projects across parishes, schools and Catholic organisations
  • support for social services, education, youth services, chaplaincies and our national seminary.

The Fund is overseen by trustees and staff guided by an investment policy based on Catholic teaching and expert investment advice purchased from the financial sector. Investors’ rights and interests are of paramount concern.
