Diocesan General Manager: Andy Doherty – B.Com

Andy is an experienced General Manager that has also been a Director for a number of years in New Zealand and Australia as well as experience on various Trust and School Boards. Andy has a Bachelor of Commerce from Canterbury University majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. Having worked in Hong Kong and China as well as Melbourne Andy has a variety of international experience that he brings to the Diocese and the CDF.

Diocesan Finance and Support Services Manager: Janice Rennell – BMS, CA

Janice has held the position of Manager – Finance and Support Services for the Diocese since 2002, where she is responsible for the financial reporting of both the Diocese and the CDF. Prior to this she worked as an auditor, predominantly in the public sector. Janice is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in accounting from the University of Waikato.

CDF Administrator: Melanie Perry

Melanie Perry was employed by the Catholic Diocese of Christchurch in 2007 and has worked primarily with the CDF. With a background in front-line customer service, firstly with the National Bank of NZ, moving onto senior airline roles with Ansett New Zealand and then Air New Zealand, her last role as Team Leader Domestic/International.
Melanie’s strength is in communication and building relationships.

CDF Marketing and Business Development Manager: Liza Sparrow – CIM Chartered Marketer, Bachelor of Arts, Post Grad Tourism

Liza, a Chartered Marketer, has a background in marketing, communications and event management. With specific experience in earthquake recovery, engagement and advocacy Liza has a passion for community and our City. Responsible for growing the CDF so to enable the pastoral, educational and services of the Diocese.
