As Covid restrictions eased and the hiatus ended, we celebrated by gathering again. Enjoy this snapshot of the year's activities.

Where possible, the CDF supported events aimed at uniting and strengthening communities, bringing joy to many who may not have seen one another for several months. The CDF also continued support for Catholic organisations whose role is to care for our children, youth, families, and those isolated from them. Also, for the formation of our diocesan priests.

We’re delighted to have been able to host Golden Catholics, support JPII Race Night, the inaugural Gonzaga Youth Ball, Ablaze Parish Renewal Conference, Jubilate; celebrate the ordination of Deacon Monty Bamford; even to set up a new account for pilgrims to save for World Youth Day 2023.

As always, we give thanks for the year that was and acknowledge CDF members for their continued commitment to invest in the good of the diocese.

The CDF exists to help the Church achieve its mission by providing loans and funding for activities that strengthen the Catholic Diocese of Christchurch.
